TERMS & CONDITIONS
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern all services provided by Mr T's Concrete Restoration (“we,” “us,” or “our”), a pressure washing and sealing company operating in North Carolina.

By requesting or accepting our services, you (“Client” or “Customer”) agree to the following terms.

1. Services
We provide professional pressure washing, sealing, and related exterior cleaning services. Services will be performed using industry-accepted practices and as outlined in the client’s estimate or service agreement. We reserve the right to refuse or modify services if safety, accessibility, or environmental conditions are unsuitable.

2. Estimates and Pricing
Estimates are based on information provided by the customer and are subject to adjustment upon inspection. Quotes are valid for 30 days from the issue date unless otherwise stated. Any additional services or site conditions not included in the original estimate may incur additional charges.

3. Scheduling and Access
The customer agrees to provide access to the work area, including water and electricity if required. Appointments may be rescheduled due to weather, safety concerns, or unforeseen events. If we are unable to access the property or perform services due to locked gates, unsafe pets, or similar issues, a trip or cancellation fee may apply.

4. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of services, unless prior arrangements are made in writing.

A 5% monthly late fee may apply to overdue invoices.

Returned checks are subject to a $35 fee.

5. Property Condition and Preparation

The customer must ensure that all windows, doors, electrical outlets, and outdoor items (furniture, décor, vehicles, etc.) are properly secured or removed from work areas.

We are not responsible for water intrusion, electrical hazards, or damage to unsecured property.

Delicate surfaces, oxidized materials, and older coatings may react unpredictably to cleaning — we will take all reasonable precautions but cannot guarantee against pre-existing or latent damage.
6. Sealing and Surface Treatments
Sealing and coating performance depends on weather, surface condition, and cure time.
Customers should avoid walking, driving, or placing objects on sealed areas until advised.
We cannot guarantee stain or discoloration removal from porous materials or concrete.

7. Cancellations and Rescheduling

At least 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in a $50 fee.

We reserve the right to reschedule due to unsafe weather or conditions without penalty.

8. Satisfaction Guarantee

We strive for customer satisfaction.

If you have concerns about the completed work, notify us within 48 hours of service.

We will inspect and, if appropriate, correct the issue.

No refunds or rework will be provided after 48 hours or if the area has been altered since completion.

9. Damage Waiver / Hold Harmless Agreement
The Customer acknowledges that pressure washing and sealing involve high water pressure, detergents, and surface treatment chemicals that, if misused, could cause damage.

By hiring Mr T's Concrete Restoration, the Customer agrees to the following:

The Customer releases and holds harmless to Mr T's Concrete Restoration, its owners, employees, and contractors from any and all liability for:

Pre-existing damage, oxidation, fading, or loose materials;

Water intrusion around windows, doors, vents, or electrical fixtures;

Damage to landscaping, plants, or surfaces resulting from improper sealing, pre-existing decay, or material failure;

Stains or runoff caused by cleaning agents or environmental factors beyond our control.

The Customer acknowledges that we will take reasonable precautions and use professional techniques to minimize risk.

The Customer agrees not to hold Mr T's Concrete Restoration responsible for any damage arising from pre-existing conditions, inadequate surface preparation, or unsecured property.

10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by North Carolina law, our total liability for any damages or losses arising out of our services shall not exceed the total amount paid for the specific service performed.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

11. Insurance and Licensing
We maintain appropriate general liability insurance and comply with applicable North Carolina business, environmental, and safety regulations.
Proof of insurance can be provided upon request.

12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina.
Any disputes shall be resolved in a court of competent jurisdiction in the county where the service was performed.

13. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time.
The most recent version will always be available on our website or provided upon request.
